Key Responsibilities

• Gather business and system requirements from the client.
• Create Requirement specifications, User Stories.
• Create workflow charts, diagrams, and wireframes for complex UCs (if needed).
• Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
• Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
• Transfer requirements and knowledge to Development Team.
• Assist PM with project scope, estimation, and planning.
• Work with all stakeholders to make sure all requirements of the system are fulfilled.

• 1+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Fluent English to be able to communicate directly with customers.
• Have a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Experienced with SCRUM, JIRA.
