Role Overview

We are seeking an Functional Consultant to focus on technical and functional implementation for our ERP systems. You will work closely with Senior Consultants and clients to handle system configuration, troubleshooting, and functional setup to ensure smooth operations.

Experience in HRIS and Workday will be a strong advantage for this role.

Responsibilities:

• System Setup & Configuration: Perform day-to-day functional configuration, setup, and testing for ERP modules based on project requirements.
• HRIS Support: Customize and maintain HRIS modules, ensuring smooth data flow and correct system logic.
• Troubleshooting: Identify, analyze, and solve functional or technical issues raised by users during and after implementation.
• Documentation & Training: Prepare clear system documentation, user guides, and conduct training sessions for client key users.
• Teamwork: Support the Senior ERP Consultant in delivering project tasks on time and with high quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as an ERP Consultant, Implementation Specialist, or System Analyst.
• Knowledge: Good practical knowledge of ERP core modules and standard business workflows.
• Plus Point: Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a big plus).
• Mindset: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Language: Professional English skills for working with international documentation and teams.
